1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Stone Oak Mortgage that may include marketing and educational content such as: mortgage tips, market updates, homebuyer education, product/service highlights and event invitations. Important: Stone Oak Mortgage does not use this SMS program to send transactional loan or application status updates. Transactional communications are handled via one-on-one phone calls and emails.
Consent is not a condition of purchase (or of obtaining mortgage services). Message content may vary based on your interaction with us. By opting in, you authorize Stone Oak Mortgage to send text messages to the mobile number provided usingautomatedtechnology.
2. How to Cancel (opt out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We also honor opt-out requests sent as END,CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. If you send any message that clearly indicates you want to stop, we will treat it as an opt-out request. If you want to rejoin, submit a new opt-in request (for example, by completing a web form) and we will resume messages.

Such issues may arise due to network conditions, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen factors outside of the carrier’s control. Stone Oak Mortgage does not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages, and we disclaim any liability for message delays or failures.
5. Message & Data Rates
Messageanddatarates may apply for any messages sent to you from us -and to us from you. Standard message and data rates as determined by your wireless carrier may apply for all messages sent to and from us. Please review and understand the terms of your mobile plan and any associated costs for SMS messaging.
6. Message Frequency
You can expect approximately 1 message per month, and up to 2 messages per month in some months. Frequency of messages may vary depending on the nature of ongoing changes in the market, or other updates that we believe will be of value to you.
